Allen Community Safety Program
We are a independent page.
The Allen Community Safety Program was founded two or three years ago in hopes of providing transparency and full accountability for APD and Allen Residents.
We have grown from 0 to 600+ followers during that time frame.
I first started my community service by founding Allen Community on Nextdoor and engaging the residents on that platform together. I first met Dave Cornette and many others! They invited me to Allen Heritage Guild where I met amazing people and donated one of the first town resident’s letter for Allen when they got their railway. Where you can see that letter on display there. Which shows proof of existence of actual residents and not a ghost town back then when Wild West 🤠. I have also attended Trenton City Hall meeting which was my first and activity engaged with the community.
I worked at Roman Cucina as a busser for summer in Allen. Was my first real job.
And then worked for Walmart as a cart associate while doing my community service.
I then graduated from Plano Senior early in January. And started working at United Protective Services in Fairview. Where I met amazing people and talked with their chief and public relations sergeant there as well. They helped me change a lot on what I do and how I can better handle situations.
I have failed while trying new careers including solar. Which is all a lie and won’t ever do again… And now I swore into the navy last Friday and shipping off on the 7th of next month.
It was a pleasure meeting you all and including Sergeant Felty. And being a community advocate and leader for the community service not only in Allen but in North Texas as well.
I am giving Allen residents the update and chance for them to take over ACSP if they want to or City of Allen.
Thank you all,
William M Steeger
