It’s been a long time since I’ve posted. Yes, I’m still making knives on occasion. The dagger is W1 tool steel heat treated using furnace cement to produce an excellent hamon. The handle is stabilized live edge amboyna burl.
The second knife is Elmax stainless steel that I heat treated to RC 60. The handle is exhibition grade stabilized Hawaiian curly koa (one of the nicest pieces I have ever seen). The guard is hastelloy c276 and copper. Sorry, but these knives were made for someone and are not for sale.

Some pics of a couple knives I made about a year ago. The blade on the small Bowie is Elmax, and the handle scales are stabilized exhibition grade Hawaiian curly Koa. The Japanese Tanto is CPM S35VN.

The pics make the kydex look purple, but they are actually police blue.

The finished blades.

Been a long time since I’ve posted anything. Been busy with life. Just gonna put a few up of some of the more recent blades I’ve made. This first pic is of a small batch I made and put in a steel frame to put a Cera-kote finish on them. The color in the follow up pics is Sniper Grey, and handle scales are blue and black G10.

I'm re-posting these blades because someone decided to tag themselves on an earlier post, and Facebook decided to make it impossible to remove the tag. I have adjusted my settings so that hopefully this cannot happen again, as I don't appreciate people I don't know being able to permanently tag themselves on pictures I post of knives I have made when they have no association with me or the blade pictured. These blades were all made for a really good customer of mine, who takes them out and uses them as they should be used. Thanks Emanuel!

So here is another blade I just finished. This one is available! I am asking only $250.00 for this blade. It will come with a leather sheath. Now to the good stuff.... it is made from Elmax stainless steel, probably the toughest full stainless steel available. I hardened it, gave it a liquid nitrogen cryogenic treatment, and tempered it to a nice hard Rockwell C 60-61. The knife is 10 1/4" long, with a 5" blade. Thickness is .210". Handle scales are dyed and stabilized California buckeye Burl, with 1/8" mosaic pins. The pics don't do justice to the color and depth of the wood. Any questions, just ask! Thanks for looking!
