FEELING LIKE MYSELF ONCE AGAIN! ✨
"My name is Grace and I started going to Diamond Physical Therapy in the beginning of March this year. I have a series of issues but most of my problems were pelvic floor muscle weakness. My main therapist Frances gave a very thorough examination and gave me a set of exercises to work on. The stretches & core training, I noticed even after 1 week much improvement. Jocelyn, my second therapist, showed me multiple stretches and exercises to strengthen my core. Huge improvement after just 1 week! Thank you guys, you are tremendous and I will be back soon!!"

BYE BYE ARM/NECK PAIN 💪
"I had a compressed nerve in my neck giving me R arm sharp shooting pain. Since therapy, my arm pain is gone and my neck is more flexible. While having the pain I never knew what movement was going to cause the pain. Now, I can cook, clean, drive and do all my other activities without difficulty. My therapists have me exercises I can continue to do at home to prevent future problems. I am very thankful to Diamond Physical Therapy."
