We had another visitor to our house project, Adam with National Comfort Institute checking out the incredible HVAC systems With low static pressure of .29iwc and duct leakage of 5.9 CFM rough in and 36 cfms with all the hvac equipment connected including furnace, evaperator coil, air filter box, humidifier and central dehumidifier. He also seen the builder pass the blower door test with 2.1ACH50.

Incredible comfortable home, Navien boiler with 7 zone radiant heat and indirect hot water heater. 2 zone Tempstar air conditioners with backup Tempstar furnaces for emergency heat, Broan central fresh air dehumidifier, 2 Aprilaire 1510 air filters and Aprilaire 720 humidifiers with Autotrak.
