Birch Home Team is looking for a motivated, outgoing Buyer Agent to join our growing team! 🚀

This is a flexible, primarily work-from-home position, outside of showings, listing tours, and client appointments. A majority of buyer and tenant leads will be provided, giving you the opportunity to focus on building relationships, closing deals, and growing your real estate career. 🤝🏠

Primary service area will be within approximately 30 miles of the 60102 (Algonquin) area. 📍

What You'll Do

• Work and follow up with buyer and tenant leads through our CRM 📲
• Schedule and conduct property showings 🏘️
• Tour local listings multiple times per week 🚗
• Post Birch Home Team content daily 📣
• Create property tours, reels, and other social media content 🎥
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and leads 💬

What We're Looking For

• Illinois real estate license OR ability to obtain one within 60 days 🪪
• Social media savvy and comfortable creating content/on camera 📱
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel throughout our primary service area 🚙
• Strong communication and organizational skills ✅
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently 💪
• Good references ⭐

You'll work directly with an experienced agent and investor with experience in buy-and-hold investing, flipping, renovations, property management, luxury real estate, and traditional residential sales. 🏢🏠
