We had a great week in — We attended the Life Surge Trade Symposium, and then we stayed a little longer to meet up with Dylan and his beautiful wife, Naijani. We did a little swimming, dessert crawling, and hanging out with them and our bonus kid, — a Phoenix local who knows all the best spots! Sad to go home and leave them, but excited to get after it there and prepare for our next adventures! Love you kids!! 😘🥰💖

Handstand Progress: November 2022-November 2023

I just completed my 8th week of doing 10-12 sets of 50-60 bodyweight squats on the weekdays. That came to a total of 22,750 squats!
I started off with 10 sets of 50 per day. Then I increased it to 11 sets of 50. Then 12 sets of 50. Then I settled in at 10 sets of 60.
I like knowing that even if I have to miss a gym session, at least I’ve done my 600 squats for the day.
Each set takes me about 2 minutes. That’s 20 minutes of exercise every day.
What do you do to keep from falling asleep at your desk?

For the love of all that is good, please know that the machine is only something you are BORROWING. Everyone at the gym has the same goal: get as much done as possible in the shortest amount of time. During peak hours, some gyms have people standing IN LINE, waiting for a popular machine. So if you want to do more than 3-4 sets on a machine, you have a few options:
1. Save that workout for a less busy time of day.
2. Shorten your rest periods between sets
3. Allow someone to work in with you. You might even make a friend!
