April 13th is national Peach Cobbler Day. Ladera celebrated by serving peach cobbler to the patients for lunch today. Thank you HCSG group for sponsoring this national food day, and sharing smiles with each dish.

March 6th is National Oreo day. Ladera celebrated by handing out 2 packs of Oreos to the patients. Some enjoyed it with coffee, and some with milk, but everyone enjoyed it with a smile on their face. How do you enjoy your Oreo?

April 14 is National Pecan day. Ladera celebrated by passing out Sandies cookies to the staff and patients. Sandies are short bread cookies, with chopped pecans in them. Maybe next time we can celebrate by passing pecan pies.

Ladera Celebrated Easter with a BBQ in our courtyard this year. We served cheese burgers, potato salad, chips, and a soda to all the patients and the staff. Thanks to Activities, the Kitchen staff, Human Resources, for collaborating to make this event very special and memorable.

From the moment you walked in, the energy was undeniable. Laughter, pride, and pure joy filled the room as we came together to celebrate the incredible teams who bring our mission to life every single day. This wasn’t just an awards ceremony—it was a reflection of what happens when passion, purpose, and people collide.
And yes… New Mexico brought the flavor. Chile, culture, and a whole lot of heart made the night unforgettable. 🌶️
