Here’s to sunshine in a glass and energy in every sip.
☀️ Solar Spark Cocktail⚡
A bright, energizing, sunshine inspired drink
Ingredients
• 2 oz vodka (or tequila Blanco for a brighter kick)
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1 oz fresh orange juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup (1:1 honey + hot water)
• 2 oz pineapple juice
• 1–2 oz energy drink (like Red Bull Yellow Edition or any tropical-flavored energy drink)
• A splash of sparkling water
• Ice
Garnish
• Orange wheel
• Pineapple leaf (optional)
• Chili-salt rim (optional but so good)
Instructions
1. Prep your glass:
Rim a tall glass with chili-salt if you want an extra “sun heat” vibe.
2. Mix the base:
Add ice to a shaker, then pour in the vodka/tequila, lemon juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, and honey syrup.
3. Shake it up:
Shake hard for 10–12 seconds until cold.
4. Pour:
Strain into your prepared glass filled with fresh ice.
5. Add the energy:
Top with the tropical energy drink for the “energy” part of the theme.
6. Finish:
Add a splash of sparkling water to lift it, then garnish with an orange wheel and pineapple leaf.
