Pat Lopez has been capturing United States Courtroom moments for over 38 years with her pencils and sketch pads. Labeled a “Master” of courtroom artwork by the U.S. Library of Congress, she is no stranger to the courtroom.
She’s live sketched so many historical court trials, here is just a few of Pat’s outstanding artwork.

It's been two decades since Jonnie Jo Carter last saw her daughter Bethany Markowski, 11.
Bethany disappeared on March 4, 2001, during a court-ordered visitation with her biological father.
Her parents were going through a difficult divorce when she left her mother's home for her second unsupervised visit.
Bethany's dad claims the girl walked into the Old Hickory Mall in Jackson, Tennessee, while he napped in his vehicle in the parking lot.
But, there was one big problem. There were security cameras inside the mall.
And...when Bethany's dad reported her missing, his story seemed odd.

Velda Leyba was on her way to her daughter’s birthday party when a decision to stop at a friend’s house first, may have led to her disappearance. Velda was last seen the night of December 6th, 1992 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Two months later, her car was found – empty – in a different part of town. No one has seen her since.

Amanda Kay Jones went missing in August 2005.
She was pregnant at the time and went to a Civic Center to meet a friend.
