Blue-Collar Dog Rescue

❣️🚨🐾HAPPY TAILS UPDATE 🐾🚨❣️

‼️NITRO‼️
formerly known deuce❤️

❣️From a Los Angeles shelter to 4,000 acres of freedom. 🥹🐾🤠

❣️This sweet boy came to us from a shelter in Los Angeles, where he was a little underweight, overwhelmed by shelter life, and running out of time. We knew he deserved a chance, so we stepped in—and just LOOK at him now. ❤️

❣️The city boy has officially moved to the country and now spends his days overseeing a 4,000-acre cattle ranch alongside his person and his person’s brother, a former military canine handler. 🐄🌾

❣️He went from the stress and uncertainty of shelter life to wide-open land, cattle to supervise, endless room to explore, and people who absolutely adore him.

❣️Safe to say, he’s having the TIME OF HIS LIFE😂💙

❣️THIS is why we rescue. Sometimes all a dog needs is someone willing to take a chance on them and give them the opportunity to become exactly who they were meant to be. 🐾❤️

❣️From an overwhelmed shelter dog in Los Angeles to a full-fledged country boy living his best life. 🤠🐕
❣️HAPPY TAILS NITRO❣️

💥‼️OUR PUP SPOTLIGHT OF THE DAY‼️💥
🚨EVERYONE MEET HAVOC🚨
(formerly known as flint and carrot)

🚨HIS STORY🚨He showed up to an elementary school and approached little kids and didn’t have an issue with them! One of the teachers took him in the school to post him on social media and they then noticed that he had an injury but once at the shelter it was a confirmed pelvis Injury. The shelter didn’t have the resources to help him so they ultimately decided to put him on the euthanasia list😭. Which is where we pulled him from! Our vets decided it wouldn’t make sense to re break it to surgically put it back together since he’s doing just fine and still is the bestest boy!

💥Havoc has already been neutered!

🚨Havoc has made his way to Norfolk Virginia where he spends his days playing fetch on the beach with his foster parents! Havoc does great off leash and doesn’t pay any mind to passing dogs or cats! This handsome fella is crate trained and knows basic obedience plus a few fun little tricks (center, guard, and weave). There isn’t ANYTHING that this guy wouldn’t do for a ball or toy, he’s EXTREMELY toy/ball motivated. Despite his injury he is a VERY high drive mali, he needs someone who understands his limitations because well this guy does not😅. Havoc isn’t just a huge fetch player he’s also a big people person. OH AND this guy LOVES truck rides, he’ll just hop on in! He absolutely loves HIS people, he doesn’t pay much mind to anyone else around. While his foster parents are totallyyy in love with him this boy needs and deserves his FUREVER home! Let’s give havoc some love!🐾❤️

💥Girl Friday was saved from Cali shelters euthanasia list at only 1 year old and 42lbs! Nobody would step up for her so WE DID! We could NOT see this baby lose her life so fast!

💥The shelter had her listed as a Belgian Tervuren and well we just knew that wasn’t right soooo we did a DNA test ourselves and guess what…… our girl is a SIBERIAN HUSKY AND BELGIAN MAL best of both worlds as we say😂😂!

💥This girl is HIGH DRIVE she would do amazing as a sports dog, working dog, or a VERY active companion. She is incredibly smart and LOVES to learn, she already has a bit of basic obedience down! She has the drive of a Mal but coat of a Siberian😂! She is GORGEOUS! She LOVES her person and wants nothing more than to be YOUR girl! She’s very playful and attentive!

🚨🐾PUPDATE OF THE DAY🐾❤️
Our beautiful girl Neon has been with Blue-Collar Dog Rescue since she was pulled from the Riveride Ca shelter about a year and a half ago. She's come a long way - she is now in the Grand Rapids, Ml area and has learned that she can be the sweet lovey girl she was meant to be and without fearing any bad repercussions.
She is still a little shy but can be boisterous in her play (see the video of her and a good buddy frolicking in their first Michigan snow) She would do well as an only dog or with a good canine friend and with a single person or a couple. She requires a fenced yard. She is analytical and shows great aptitude in figuring out the workings of gate latches etc. She is smart as a whip.
She very much wants to be someone's special girl.
Breed = Malinois (if not 100% predominately)
Size - Neon is petite and leggy ~ 57 pounds
Age - Estimated between 2 and 3 years
