Emerge is a program designed for youth and young adults with mental health disorders, ages 16-26 for the purpose of modeling life skills and encouraging mature development by providing the services listed: family & youth education, skills group & activities, linkage to resources, collaborative care, goods & services, outreach activities, nutrition, transportation.
