I have lived in Albany for over 2 years after having lived in Scio for 19 years. I am a volunteer for the Linn County Planning Commission and have been for about 6 years. I enjoy learning about land use in our State and County. I’m also a volunteer for the Landmarks Commission for the City of Albany. This City commission makes decisions on exterior alterations in the historic district. I love being a part of land use decisions. I think if you want to know what is going on with local government you have to start by putting your time in. I love meeting people and becoming a part of their lives for a few months while making big changes in their lives. If I can assist you or someone you know in the search for a home or the sale of a home, please give me a call. Rayne or Shine, I will be here to help you with real estate, no matter the weather!

I love these historic neighborhoods!
Vintage homes in Albany’s historic districts are not all cupolas and carriage houses! Two of the houses on this year’s Christmas Parlour Tour are Mid-Century Modern. Don’t miss the 1950s magic!
