🏡 THANKFUL THURSDAY 🏡

Today we're thankful for this ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google review from Kyle.

This one was such a great reminder that how a home hits the market matters.

When we connected with these sellers, their Lebanon home had previously been on the market without finding the right buyer. We talked about starting fresh and being intentional about the details — preparing the home (cleaning up the front and back yard, cleaning carpets, a bit of fresh paint), staging it beautifully, pricing it accurately for the current market, and making sure the presentation was strong from day one.

✨ Staged on Friday
📸 Professional photos right after
🏡 Live on the market Saturday
👀 Two showings that day
📝 TWO offers on Sunday
🔑 Closed 30 days later!

What a turnaround!

In a market where buyers have choices, preparation and presentation matter. Sometimes the best thing you can do is take the time to get it right before that listing goes live.

So thankful these sellers trusted us with a fresh approach — and thrilled to see it pay off so quickly. ❤️

Thankful Thursday! 🧡 Today, we’re thankful for our incredible Albany community.

Earlier this month, we had the privilege of hosting Albany Area Chamber of Commerce Greeters, with more than 80 local professionals joining us!

We played Balderdash—Copper Rock style, shared some laughs, made new connections, and caught up with familiar faces.

And because it was Copper Rock, we turned the morning into a celebration of all things orange! 🧡 Many guests showed up in orange attire, the room was decked out in orange, we ate orange treats and sent people home with orange gifts. We may have taken the theme a little too seriously. 😉

One of the things we appreciate most about doing business in Albany is the people we get to do it with. We’re grateful for the relationships, referrals, friendships, and support that continue to make Copper Rock what it is.

A special thank you to 📚 Albany Public Library for giving us a wonderful place to gather when Oregon weather decided not to cooperate! ☔️

And shout out to ☕️ Margin Coffee Roasters for supplying the coffee and keeping us caffeinated.

We’re proud to be part of this community—and very thankful for the people in it. 🧡
