🌊 We’re Hiring Dockhands for Spring/Summer 2026! 🚤
BAE BOATS in Alameda and Sausalito is now hiring responsible, personable, and hardworking individuals (18+) to join our dock team for the 2026 spring and summer season.

This is a dynamic, team-oriented role set in a beautiful waterfront environment — perfect for college students home for the summer or anyone who enjoys working outdoors and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Compensation:
$20/hour + meals provided during shifts
Primary Responsibilities:
• Welcoming and checking in guests
• Reviewing maps and safety procedures
• Assisting with boat operations
• Cleaning and preparing boats for departures
