For Immediate Release :
It’s a seller’s market so make sure your showings are in s**c and span condition. If I can smell a pet in your home, most people can too and from personal experience your potential buyer’s experience can be altered. We will come in and assess your space and get your home in shape for your showing and open houses. I sold my house in 24 hours and everyone complimented how clean and wonderful it smelled and showed on the showing time feedback app shared to me by my realtor . Don’t take my word for it -Call or message me to book your appointment. We’ve been doing this for over 30 years and know our stuff.
