We had the privilege of welcoming Jessica Letkiewicz Kutzera, who attended a finalization hearing on behalf of her late husband, Todd Kutzera, for one of the many families whose lives Todd helped change forever.
For more than 30 years, Todd served children and families through Summit County Children Services with unwavering dedication, compassion, and commitment. He worked tirelessly to help children find safety, stability, and the love of a permanent family. His impact extends far beyond his years of service and lives on in the countless families he helped build.
The Hubbert family worked with Todd for many years and had previously adopted their sons through our Court and Summit County Children Services with Todd’s guidance and support. Having Jessica present made this adoption finalization especially meaningful. It was a beautiful reminder that Todd’s legacy continues through the children, parents, and families whose lives were forever changed by his work. Though he is no longer with us, the difference he made can still be seen in every family he helped create and every child whose future was made brighter because of his dedication.
Moments like these remind us that the work of a devoted social worker reaches far beyond a single case; it creates lasting change for generations.
Thank you, Todd, for your extraordinary service and for the difference you made in so many lives. Your legacy of compassion, dedication, and commitment to children and families will live on and never be forgotten.

Congratulations Akron Municipal Mental Health Court on celebrating 25 years!
Established as the FIRST Mental Health Court in Ohio under Judge Stormer and then led for the last 21 years by Judge Annalisa Williams.
The mental health court was formed because of the overwhelming numbers of mentally ill offenders being seen by the Akron municipal court. This program is a collaboration between the Summit County ADM Board, Community Support Services and Akron Municipal Court.
