You need a federal permit for this, big bad oh no!

Very sad and frankly is a crime or should be. The City of Cuyahoga Falls and Cuyahoga Falls Parks and Recreation cleared riparian vegetation along the bank and began to dump loads and loads of concrete slabs and rubble into the river. They are still dumping in the river today.
If you live in Cuyahoga Falls or have any common sense whatsoever, please voice your concern ASAP!
To see the river progress so much in the last 5 years and to watch the city take a dump right in it is very very very very disheartening.
