Sweet Modern

Our longtime followers know that Adrian Pearsall pieces are some of our favorite projects! The workshop crew recently finished this Pearsall sofa for a customer in Cincinnati. The awesome new fabric is Arc Com's Highland in Chili Pepper from Modern Fabrics. This sofa will be in its new home this weekend!

Heads-up crafters & creators! It's time again for Sweet Modern's fabric giveaway!

We have piles of leftover pieces from past projects and rolls that we cannot fit in our fabric room. This is all high quality upholstery fabric and vinyl. They range from small 1/4 yd pieces to rolls with many yards. We also have a few bags of premium leather scraps. It is all really good stuff.

Yes, it is entirely free! All we ask is that you only take what you can actually use, and please create something cool with it! We love seeing what people make, so feel free to tag us if you post your creations. :)

Our new showroom is open from 11 am to 5 pm Wednesday - Saturday at 962 Kenmore Blvd, Akron, OH 44314. Supplies tend to go quickly, but we will be adding a few more rolls throughout the week. See you there!

Just finished: We found this Milo Baughman sofa in a Cleveland condo overlooking Lake Erie. The original cream fabric was nice, but everything had become flat & saggy over the years. The new burnt sienna chenille fabric really transforms it! The workshop crew also added almost 2" to its seat height. This sofa is now on its way to its new home in Upstate NY!
