Transparency - progress video 1️⃣// I went to class with at and felt nervous about being in class, being in my body, being with people.
I left feeling free, excited and reminded that dance will sometimes force endorphins out of you. I’ve never felt comfortable doing any kind of commercial styles, but for the first time I got to experience a class without feeling like I’m wearing a heavy boy costume the whole time. I’m excited by the endless depths of exploration in this based ah artform I call my life.

I want to share my journey back into the studio a bit as I get back into classes after mostly teaching for the last year.
