WoodmenLife helps build strong communities through patriotism, education, community betterment, diversity, and wellness. We help families, too.
Woodmen of the World chapters donate money and equipment to police and fire departments, schools and other community organizations. When our members see a neighbor in need, we match their chapter funds, doubling the resources they have to help people in their communities. Our members participate in four national volunteer programs:
JOIN HANDS DAY - A national day of service sponsored by fraternal benefit societies
Flags Across America - A national observance of Flag Day
In Honor And Remembrance - A day remembering Sept. 11, 2001, sponsored by Woodmen of the World
Make A Difference Day - A national day of service
The times may have changed, but Woodmen of the World's dedication to strengthening communities remains as strong today as when we were founded in 1890.
