We are a Real Estate Fix and Flip company in Texas looking to hire a Real Estate Bookkeeper who possesses the following qualifications:
Must have expertise on QuickBooks online (QBO)
Must have at least 1 year experience as Bookkeeper in a Real Estate, Fix and Flip company

Responsibilities
Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
Bring the books to the trial balance stage
Perform partial checks of the posting process
Complete tax forms
Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner

Requirements
Proven bookkeeping experience
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
Proficiency in English and in MS Office
Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Salary: To be Discussed

Location: United States - Open for applicants within the USA as this is a remote position.

We renovate homes in the DFW area. We are hiring for long term workers. We will pay you at the end of each day for the first week then each Friday afterwards 1099. You must have your own transportation and your own tools.

Work hours: 8AM to 4:30PM
Work days Monday to Friday
Weekends: You can work only weekends
Weekends: Hiring for weekend only also.

SKILLED: $160.00 daily

*Install dishwasher
*Tape and bed
*Hang drywall
*Flooring
*Tiles

SEMI-SKILLED: $135.00 daily
*Caulk
*Hang ceiling fans
*Basic paint
*Door trim

*Install Curtain rods

GENERAL LABOR: $125.00 daily
Demo
keep job site clean
rake lawn
pick up trash
keep work area clean
basic yard work
clean windows
Install light switch covers
