We were grateful to see Good Morning Texas highlight the meaningful work happening at St. Philip's School & Community Center and their partnership with Ruthie’s Fueled by Good. For generations, St. Philip’s has been a cornerstone in South Dallas, providing education, stability, and opportunity for students and families through a deep commitment to learning and community care.

Proceeds from Ruthie's Cafe go directly into St. Philip’s, helping fund educational programs, student resources, and community-centered initiatives. The segment beautifully illustrated how education, entrepreneurship, and neighborhood investment can work together to create lasting impact.

St. Philip’s continues to show what’s possible when students are supported, families are engaged, and communities are built with intention. We’re proud to celebrate this model of education-driven impact and the partners who help make it possible.

According to Second Chance Business Coalition, 85% of HR leaders say that second chance hires perform the same or better than other employees. Second chances are not the end of a story, they’re the beginning. The Fellows Program at Ruthie’s Fueled by Good reflects our commitment to meaningful employment, personal growth, and lasting change.

South Dallas book lovers, this one’s for you 📚 Unbound Library, a local organization bringing the community together over books & the joy of reading, recently hosted a pop-up at Ruthie’s Fueled by Good. At the event, alongside Dallas Public Library, they assisted Cafe-goers to sign up for library cards, because everyone deserves access to books.

Unbound Library graciously left behind a tiny community lending library at the Cafe, open to all. So come enjoy a good read with your coffee on your next visit to the Cafe. We love seeing literacy thrive in South Dallas.❤️

**A maximum of 2 books can be checked out for a 30 day period.
