Six interns. Six universities. Four states. One summer of learning.

We're excited to welcome our Summer Intern Class to Scott + Reid. This year's group includes a first-generation college student, a Division I golfer, a former ice hockey player, and a musician releasing original music, all bringing unique experiences and perspectives to our team. Over the next few months, they'll gain hands-on experience in the field and office, learn from experienced builders, and get a firsthand look at what it takes to deliver successful projects across Texas. The inaugural Nick Goettsch Invitational was more than a tournament. It was a celebration of people, legacy, and the culture that continues to shape Scott + Reid. This year’s event honored Nick Goettsch, one of the company’s early leaders who served as Treasurer and helped build the foundation of the firm before recently retiring. We marked the occasion the best way we know how, time together on the course. Great weather, strong competition, and even better company. A reminder that while we take our work seriously, we never lose sight of the people who make it all possible.

A project inside Old Parkland East carries a different level of expectation. Scott + Reid delivered a high-end office buildout for Pearl Energy Investments, creating a refined Class A workspace within one of Dallas’ most prestigious office environments.

Designed by Corgan, the space blends executive offices, boardrooms, and collaboration areas with elevated finishes and detailed millwork that reflect the quality expected within Old Parkland. Delivered within an occupied, high-security environment, the project required careful sequencing, logistics planning, and precise ex*****on from start to finish. A project defined by detail, coordination, and delivery at the highest standard of Class A office construction.

Scott + Reid delivered a multi-floor headquarters buildout for a confidential Am Law 10 firm at 23Springs, creating a high-end legal environment tailored to the expectations of a global practice. The space combines refined private offices, flexible conference environments, imported finishes, advanced AV integration, and hospitality-driven amenities across four floors within one of Dallas’ premier office towers. In partnership with Stream Realty Partners and Gensler, Scott + Reid is proud to be a leader in Class A office and law firm construction, delivering the precision, coordination, and discretion these environments require.

Construction remains one of the most hazardous industries, which is exactly why Safety Week was created. It is built on the idea that incidents are preventable. At Scott + Reid, we are proud of our safety record and our ABC STEP Platinum accreditation. More importantly, we see safety as a culture that shows up in how our teams work every day. This week, we brought our team together for aerial training at the office. It was a chance to focus on working at height, build awareness, and reinforce the habits that carry into the field.

Safety is driven by the people doing the work. The ones who plan ahead, communicate clearly, and step in when something is not right. We are grateful for the teams who keep each other safe and make sure everyone goes home at the end of the day. A headquarters should bring a brand to life. Scott + Reid recently delivered a 113,033-square-foot headquarters for Sally Beauty Holdings at Liberty Mutual Tower in Plano, in partnership with Gensler, creating a space rooted in their purpose: to inspire a more colorful, confident, and welcoming world. The four-floor environment reflects Sally Beauty’s Brand Refresh, blending workplace, retail, and salon experiences into one cohesive setting. Color, texture, and movement shape the design, with company values integrated throughout the space. A multi-level monument staircase, inspired by the movement of hair, anchors the headquarters and connects all four floors. A brand brought to life through design and ex*****on.

Expanding a 150+ year legacy into a new market takes the right foundation. Scott + Reid partnered with Huntington Bank and Gensler to deliver a new Dallas-Fort Worth office that reflects the strength of their brand and reputation. The space blends open ceilings, refined finishes, and a mix of private offices, collaboration areas, and wellness-focused amenities, creating an environment built for both client engagement and team performance and reinforcing the standard expected in financial environments.

When an industry leader needs a new space, expectations are higher. Scott + Reid was honored to partner with Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope, OTJ Architects, and JLL to deliver a 32,812 SF Class A office remodel at Lincoln Centre. Designed as both a workplace and a live showcase, the space integrates OBE’s own specialty and smart glass systems, including a custom patterned glass feature at reception, alongside highly coordinated AV and collaboration environments. Scott + Reid is honored to have earned three finalist honors in the Best Real Estate Deals Awards hosted by the Dallas Business Journal. Now in its 34th year, the program recognizes the projects shaping the commercial real estate landscape across Dallas–Fort Worth and North Texas. Scott + Reid served as general contractor on three finalist projects: Polsinelli Office at Old Parkland, Preston Hollow Presbyterian School in Dallas, and Huntington National Bank at PGA Headquarters. Winners will be announced April 23rd in Dallas.
