Parents and caregivers are often the first to notice when something feels different. Changes in mood, sleep, appetite or behavior may signal a young person needs support.

Great event Saturday! We participated in the resource fair and our very own clinical manager, Libby, sat on the panel.

Thank you to the organizers for this insightful event!

We are thrilled to officially introduce you to NuPAGE Communities (formerly Northeast DuPage Family & Youth Services)!

As we approach 50 years of service, we realized the timing was right for a refresh—an identity that honors our deep roots while looking forward to the future of the communities we serve.

We are officially celebrating this launch today at our Annual Champions of Hope Breakfast alongside our incredible community partners. While our look is new, our heart remains the same: we are committed to mental health awareness and providing accessible, high-quality counseling and crisis intervention.

We can’t wait to share more about this journey with you. Stay tuned! 💙

May is Mental Health Awareness Month! Keep an eye out for more resources we share this month!

May is Awareness Month. This month is dedicated to educating the community and reducing mental health stigma. It's okay not to be okay, but it is essential to recognize the signs and symptoms of mental illness in ourselves and others to get the help we need.

Some people suffer in silence, so always remember to be kind and check up on your friends and family. If you or someone you know is experiencing a crisis, text REACH to 741 741 or call 988 for crisis support. You don’t have to bloom every day to be growing. 🌞🌱
