Invictus Property Inspections is now officially offering Pre-Drywall New Construction Inspections.
While standard home inspections on completed homes are absolutely crucial to the home-buying process, standard inspections only include evaluations of the readily accessible systems and components on the property. Once the builders have installed the finishing materials (drywall, exterior siding, etc), the majority of the wall framing and sheathing, electrical wiring, plumbing lines, window flashings, foundation anchors, and other systems and components behind these materials are no longer visible. A pre-drywall inspection, also known as a phase 2 inspection, helps to locate various issues which otherwise will go unnoticed once the home is completely built. If you are building a home or purchasing a home which is still under construction, this is not an inspection you want to miss out on.
