When Rob Stevens and Martin Tyte formed BrightGen in 2006, they wanted to transform IT services for all aspects of any organisation. Leaders they had spoken to in Sales, Marketing, Customer services, Finance and Product creation felt constrained, rather than enabled, by IT. Importantly at the time, businesses still needed to embrace the Cloud. The experiences of both Rob and Martin shaped their values, and created a strong drive to create a company that used a different approach.
