We are a family-owned BBQ restaurant, catering, and food truck!
For over 20 years Dave had the opportunity to feed hundreds, really thousands of people through his neighborhood church by cooking for different groups, fundraisers, banquets and events. Doing parties and weddings for friends and church family became a side business that eventually grew to a full catering company alongside a food truck. Now Dave is retired from construction and focusing on doing what he loves doing best...making BBQ.

Today we celebrate Mothers!
As a family business we know how important it is to celebrate moms! We have several moms that help keep Holy Smokes afloat but today we especially celebrate my mom, Tiffany.
Tiffany (TT) she is one of a kind. TT has two of her own children and several more who she has opened her heart and her home to as a maternal figure.
The coolest thing is seeing my mom be a grandmother. TT has a super human energy that is fueled by toddlers, play dough and chaos.
Like most moms, TT is the brains behind the operation, keeping us moving as a company and as a family. She is my and Dave’s biggest champion.
I would say this post has nothing to do with BBQ but the truth is, with out the moms in our lives there would be no BBQ!
To all kinds of moms and mother figures, happy Mother’s Day🔥✨
