I wasn't sure what to think about lamb chops growing up. Remember being hesitant to eat them. That changed one day when I went for it at Ferrari's. Now it's probably my favorite meat to eat especially done the way we prepare it. Rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper on a blazing hot grill.
