last night was fishing, fishing, fishing. Learning how to cast, how to cast a fly rod, knots, and every Scout got to learn how to filet a fish.

Scouts had a great time last weekend out at Maqukota Caves State park. Also great to see our summer camp All Star Scout Eli again as he came down from MN to visit. We think this was our first time going here.

dont forget. Tomorrow is the Addison Scout Troops 36 Annual Pancake Breakfast. Please come out and support the Scouts.... Next weekend they will be out once again running their annual Scouting for Food Drive to collect food for the Addison Food Pantries.

Sunday, the Scouts were joined by a few of the Cub Scouts for Scout Sunday. Thank you to St.Paul for being the best Charter Org a Troop could ask for.

The Addison Scouts were out last weekend camping both nights. They have earned anothe polar bear patch, and a zero hero patch for the weekend. The Scouts had a blast. Temperature is just a number if you are prepared.

The scouts volunteered last night and the week before at toys for tots. They all worked hard, but had a great time.

For the second year in a row the Addison Scouts were the offical color guard for the Addison Shriners Parade.

The Scouts have had a busy summer between Scout camp, and two crews traveling to Sea Base in the Florida Keys. One crew spent a week on a deserted island in the keys, the other crew went sailing in the Atlantic. Come check out a meeting and see what is going on
