Hi chocolate making friends!
I am happy to announce we have another chocolate transfer sheet class on the calendar and ready to register.

This class is for any level chocolatier that is interested in learning how to make your own chocolate transfer sheets, add logos to your chocolates and find a great new revenue stream for companies.
We will be meeting LIVE over Zoom and the class WILL be recorded for access afterwards. It is available to anyone internationally and you do not need to be local to us in Texas, USA.

There are 3 options for registering that you will see in the link
#1 - Register for the video class only - watch live or recorded.
#2 - Access to the class, receive a bottle of our Transfer Blender® solution for backing dark transfer sheets and a large collection of transfer sheet samples to practice with
#3 For those that have taken the class in the past and need a refresher or have additional questions on how to perfect the technique, join for free.

It’s World Chocolate Day and we are here for the celebration! Today we are pairing Cotswolds single malt with our Highland Chocolate Whisky Disks. Pairing with whisky is definitely our favorite way to enjoy chocolate!

Hosted a great scotch and chocolate pairing with at our production facility in Addison featuring our Chocolate Whisky Disks Chocolate Whisky Disks™️] . Working for the first time with .jenkins was fabulous. We had a very interactive class for our guests and got to nerd out a little bit.
