1970s bath fan replacement… not only was it not working any longer; found out the vent pipes weren’t connected. I was able to remove/replace and ensure the new one is vented out. Had to get creative using old cover while owner schedules a drywall repair to use new cover.

Storm door and entry door removal and replacement complete. Entry door frame also repaired and reinforced.

Going from a cheap peel and stick backsplash to actual tile… never a dull moment. Also going to update hinges that were painted over and new hardware to freshen things up

Nice upgrade compared to the old worn out storm door…

Dishwasher replacement with water hose upgrade.
