Seeduction bread has rolled oats, walnuts, pepitas, sunflower seeds, chia seeds and poppy seeds.

It’s feels a bit like fall. And if that puts you in the mood for soup, we are making chicken gumbo soup, a hearty soup with chicken, ham , rice , tomatoes and okra.

We have fresh milled wheat bread and fresh milled spelt bread available.

I know it’s not soup season but we have some white chicken chili today if anyone is interested in some soup.
