🎒📚 Back-to-school season is here!

At AIDE Uganda, we know that preparing for a new school term goes beyond uniforms, books, shoes and school fees. For adolescent girls, it must also include access to menstrual hygiene products and accurate information about menstrual health. 🩸🌸

As families prepare for the school day—organising schedules, arranging pick-ups and drop-offs, and buying essential supplies—don’t forget to pack menstrual pads.

No girl should miss school, stay at home, or feel ashamed simply because she is menstruating.

Together, we can promote safe, informed and dignified menstrual health management and ensure every girl has the support she needs to stay in school and thrive.

💗 Pack pads. Protect dignity. Keep girls in school.

AIDE Uganda — advancing dignity, equality and opportunities for all.
