We hosted a Community-Led Monitoring feedback meeting at the community level bringing together community members, health facility representatives, and district officials. During the session, we presented the findings from data collected across enrolled health facilities, focusing on HIV, TB, and malaria services. The open discussion provided a platform for the community to share their experiences and raise concerns, ensuring that the voices of service users directly inform health service improvements.
We have been able to co-create practical recommendations aimed at improving accessibility, quality, and responsiveness of healthcare services in Busia. This collaborative effort reinforces the importance of community ownership in driving health system accountability and positive change.
Grateful to our partners The AIDS Support Organisation-TASO and participants who contributed to advancing health equity in our communities.

Through our partnership with Ipas we have hosted an impactful two-day workshop aimed at strengthening community advocacy for Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights. This training has brought together Community-Based Organizations and community peer monitors, providing them with comprehensive knowledge about SRHR and its profound effect on community well-being.
Participants have not only been able have a deeper understanding of SRHR issues but also practical advocacy skills to champion these critical topics within their communities. It was an opportunity for networking and experience sharing, allowing participants to learn from one another and explore effective strategies for influencing positive change.
We remain committed to fostering healthier, more informed communities through continued partnership and shared dedication to advancing SRHR for everyone.
