Someone carried your bags before you reached the tent. Someone lit the fire before you sat down.

This Customer Service Week, we are turning the camera toward the people who rarely appear in the photographs. The porters who meet you on the boardwalk. The host who has learned every name before lunch is served. Those who go an extra mile.

Did one of our team make your stay? Tell us their name below and we will pass your words on.

To every guide, chef, server, porter, askari and manager: asante sana.

The herds are still on the Mara River in October. Stay three nights at Enkutoto or Olkarien, and one night is on us.

Enkutoto sits in the northern Serengeti, close to the river. Olkarien looks out over the central plains. Stay at one, or combine both in a single journey.

New bookings on the Game Package, stays 1 to 31 October 2026, subject to availability. Excludes park and concession fees, domestic flights, premium spirits and cellar wines, laundry and gratuities.

Swipe through, then plan your stay with us. Link in bio.

Such power and dominance 🦁

Whilst our safaris take you “off the beaten path”, there are still moments where you tick off your bucketlist animals to see, including a male lion in his prime.

Tarangire holds over 500 recorded bird species, and September is when serious birders quietly start booking around Serian.

Migrant species overlapping with residents, water drawing in raptors and waterbirds alike, and guides who can call a species from a silhouette at fifty metres.

The season serious birders keep quiet about, mostly so they don't have to share it.

Every stay at Naserian sits inside the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, which means the ground you're walking on is shared with the Maasai communities who have always called it home.

Our conservation levy goes toward that relationship: community partnerships, ranger support, and keeping the camp itself fully solar powered, a hundred percent, since the day it opened.

Follow along for the season ahead.

Our head guide, Inno, crouches at a dry riverbed near Serian Tarangire, reads a set of fresh tracks nobody else in the vehicle noticed, and the whole morning's plan changes in under a minute.

He grew up tracking elephant through these same riverbeds. That's not a line on a brochure, it's the reason the drive works the way it does.

Expertise you genuinely can't script.
