Ceylon cinnamon is one of those ingredients that made me stop and look a little closer. There is a reason we choose it for our teas and blends, but there's also something worth knowing about cinnamon itself, including the fact that more isn't necessarily better.

This is why we keep talking about the little things.

Because the more we know about what goes into our cup, the more intentional we can be about what we choose to put in it.

Right after CrafTEA, I jumped straight into TIC, so these beautiful memories had to wait.

Looking back, I'm reminded how much I enjoyed every part of creating this experience. 

From the little art buckets to the named easels, to seeing everyone completely immersed in their paintings.

The best part? No one wanted to stop painting. 💛

Thank you again to everyone who shared this afternoon with us and made our very first CrafTEA so memorable.

The next chapter is already steeping... and let's just say, tea may be getting a very sweet companion. 🤎🍫

There are moments you dream about for so long that when they finally happen, you almost have to pause and ask yourself... did this really just happen? 💕

Last Saturday was one of those moments for me.

To every lady who chose to spend her afternoon at CrafTEA, thank you. Thank you for trusting me, for embracing something different, for laughing, creating, sipping tea, and making this experience so much more beautiful than I ever imagined.

Watching strangers become friends, conversations flow so effortlessly, and seeing everyone proudly hold up their artwork reminded me exactly why I wanted to create CrafTEA in the first place.

A very special thank you to Michel McKenzie McKenzie Artistry New Face & Body Painting.Your patience, encouragement, and gentle way of teaching made every guest feel like an artist. You created a space where everyone felt comfortable enough to simply enjoy the process, and I couldn't have asked for a better partner on this journey.

To my family and friends who worked quietly behind the scenes; setting up, serving tea, preparing food, helping wherever needed, and cheering me on, thank you. Events like these are never the work of one person, and I'm so grateful for each of you.

Most of all, thank you for allowing me to share something that has lived in my heart for such a long time. CrafTEA was never just about watercolor or afternoon tea. It was about creating a space where people could slow down, reconnect with themselves, and leave feeling just a little lighter than when they arrived.

My heart is so full.

Cosmo Tea & Tea will now be at Trinidad and Tobago Manufacturers' Association TIC 2026 for all three days and we've relocated to Booth 41 inside the Main Hall. This gives us more time to connect, share our teas, and welcome you into the Cosmo experience.
