Mental Health Minute: Privacy
Is not every problem yuh have to tell the whole neighbourhood. ๐
Yuh ever tell somebody, โPlease nah, doh tell nobody,โ and before yuh reach home, Miss Linda from two houses down asking, โSo what happen with yuh?โ ๐ฉ๐
And yuh standing there likeโฆ โBut wait nahโฆ WHO TELL YUH?!โ
Listen, everybody eh need to know yuh business. Sometimes yuh just need somebody to talk to, somebody who could listen without turning yuh situation into the latest neighbourhood episode.
Choose yuh people carefully. Because some people does say, โI telling yuh this in confidence,โ and five minutes later, the whole street knowโincluding somebody who don't even know yuh! ๐คฆ๐ฝโโ๏ธ๐
So vent if yuh need to. Cry if yuh need to. Talk it out. But choose a safe person.
Because protecting yuh privacy isn't being secretive. Setting boundaries isn't being rude.
And most importantlyโฆ yuh doh have to call a whole village meeting every time life giving yuh a lil trouble. ๐โค๏ธ
Protect yuh peace. Choose yuh people. And mind yuh businessโbefore somebody else does!
Pauseโฆ breatheโฆ reset.

Honey can remain edible for an extremely long time when properly stored! ๐ฒ๐
With very little water and a naturally acidic environment, honey makes it difficult for microorganisms to grow, helping it resist spoilage.
Hereโs the amazing part: archaeologists have even discovered ancient honey in Egyptian tombs that was still preserved! ๐บ๐ฏ
Donโt worryโweโre not suggesting you try any 3,000-year-old honey! ๐
