Crv rd1 engine change

Doing a service on my one year old ranger. Ansa was giving me a runaround so i decided to do it myself despite the warranty. To my surprise what came out of my pickup was not an original filter nor did it look like it was changed when they said. The picture below shows the original fomoco filter which i supplied vs a generic one found in my vehicle ( last service done by ansa). The fuel filter was also falling apart, which would be impossible if they had changed it when they said they did. Furthermore i provided my air fuel and cabin filter for them to use last service. So basically they stole my stuff and billed me for labour that wasn't done. These people giving ford a bad name because when it breaks down, it's the vehicle getting the blame.
