The Istanbul English conversation group is meeting every week at the Aden Hotel on Thursday evenings helping our Turkish friends to improve their English.

We have beginning, intermediate and advanced conversational English speakers (from the USA, Britain, Canada, etc.) There is no charge for this English conversation time. however, the Aden Hotel asks that everyone buy at least one drink (tea, coffee, cola, etc.) during this

Would You Like To Visit Australia?
Our guest speakers this week are Garry and Ruth Kydd. Garry and Ruth are newcomers to Turkey having arrived only a couple months ago. They immediately joined our English club and have been serving as group leaders.
Garry and Ruth are originally from Sydney, Australia. This Thursday evening they will be sharing with us about this lovely and fascinating country of Australia. We hope you can join us this Thursday evening for Gary and Ruth's presentation!
Remember to invite your friends who want to improve their conversational English skills!

English Club This Week
Our speakers at English club are Ben and Mandi Wood. Ben and Mandi have been living in Istanbul for over 10 years and have three young children. Ben is one of the leaders in our Toastmasters club.
Ben and Mandi's talk will be - Before you say the words "I do". Their talk will be about what to look for in a marriage relationship.

Our speaker this week is Rıfat Özkök who is a champion body builder from Turkey. Rifat is a friend of Sinan's from our English club. Rıfat will be sharing with us about how he got interested in body building as well as telling us more details about this popular international sport.
