Proje kapsamında düzenlediğimiz Dissemination Aktivitesi, çeşitli KOBİ'lerin katılımıyla büyük bir ilgi gördü. Bu etkinlikte, proje konusu olan yetenek yönetimi sürecinin temel prensipleri, stratejik planlama ile işletme hedefleri arasındaki uyum, yaşlanan personelin rolü ve değeri, stratejik planlama süreci, değerlendirme yöntemleri ve motivasyon konuları detaylı bir şekilde ele alındı. Projenin ana konularından biri olan "Yetenek Yönetimi Nedir?" başlığı altında, yetenek yönetimi sürecinin temel prensipleri vurgulandı. Stratejik planlama ve işletme hedefleriyle uyum içinde bir yetenek yönetimi stratejisinin nasıl oluşturulabileceği detaylı bir şekilde incelendi. Proje hakkında daha fazla bilgi, amaçlar ve partner tanıtımı da etkinlikte detaylı bir şekilde sunuldu. Erasmus+ Talent Management projesi, yaşlanan personelin iş hayatındaki rolünü güçlendirmeyi amaçlamakla birlikte, iş dünyasında kaliteli yetenek yönetimi stratejilerinin nasıl oluşturulabileceği konusunda da önemli bir misyon üstleniyor. The Dissemination Activity CONFIDEASTAR organized within the scope of the project attracted great attention with the participation of various SMEs. In this event, the basic principles of the talent management process, which is the subject of the project, the harmony between strategic planning and business goals, the role and value of aging personnel, the strategic planning process, evaluation methods and motivation issues were discussed in detail.

One of the main topics of the project is "What is Talent Management?" Under the title, the basic principles of the talent management process were emphasized. How a talent management strategy can be created in harmony with strategic planning and business objectives was examined in detail. More information about the project, its objectives and partner introduction were also presented in detail at the event. While the Erasmus+ Talent Management project aims to strengthen the role of aging personnel in business life, it also undertakes an important mission on how to create quality talent management strategies in the business world. This project offers a valuable platform by bringing together professionals from various sectors for sustainable workforce management.
