If a Supervisor sees problems as fixed, the team stops trying new things too. But if they see room to grow, the team starts taking more chances — and that’s where real improvement comes from.
That’s why we ran a 2-day Growth Mindset workshop for Supervisors with D4 Consultant. Day one was about shifting their own perspective. Day two was about passing that mindset on to their GAP Leaders and teams.

Because a team that’s willing to think differently is a team that’s ready to grow.

Building the capabilities of our Supervisors and GAP Leaders, and strengthening their FES knowledge, we selected the GAP Leaders and Supervisors with the highest and most-improved scores from this quarter's Internal Audit to learn and observe best practices at another plant within our FORVIA network.

This trip wasn't just a reward — it was a full day of fresh perspective: touring the plant, observing the best-performing line and picking up best practices hands-on, and sharing lunch with the team to build stronger relationships across FORVIA.

Broadening perspectives: Combining industry insights with meaningful connections.
At FORVIA, building the future of mobility means understanding the diverse needs of all people. Recently, our interns from across different plants gathered for a full day of unique experiences. The morning kicked off with an in-depth Plant Tour to explore our manufacturing processes firsthand, giving our intern community a great chance to join fun activities, connect, and get to know one another better.
In the afternoon, they visited the Pattaya Redemptorist School for the Blind to learn about accessibility and inclusion directly from the students. Our interns stepped into a learner’s role—navigating blindfolded under the guidance of the students, discovering Braille, and recording audiobooks to create accessible content.
It was a powerful day that combined technical insights, new friendships, and open-minded learning, reminding us how human-centered design shapes better everyday solutions.

ภายใต้แคมเปญ ชาว FCM Rayong และ FORVIA Thailand ได้ร่วมกันสร้างสรรค์สิ่งดีๆ ผ่านกิจกรรม Virtual Run Charity ชวนพนักงานมาสะสมระยะทางเพื่อเปลี่ยนพลังกายเป็นทุนอาหารกลางวันเปี่ยมโภชนาการ แก่น้องๆ ผู้พิการทางสายตาและพิการซ้ำซ้อนในจังหวัดลพบุรี
ทุกๆ กิโลเมตรจากความมุ่งมั่น ได้ถูกส่งต่อเป็นมื้ออาหารที่มีคุณภาพ เรียบร้อยแล้ว เพราะเราเชื่อว่าโภชนาการที่ดีคือรากฐานสำคัญของการเติบโต ทุกก้าวของทุกคนในวันนี้จึงเป็นการมอบโอกาสและเติมเต็มรอยยิ้มในการพัฒนาศักยภาพของเด็กๆ อย่างแท้จริง

Driving Impact Through Every Step: FORVIA Solidarity Day 👟
Under our movement, FCM Rayong and FORVIA Thailand recently launched the Virtual Run Charity. This workplace fitness challenge empowered our employees to turn their active miles into vital funding for nutritious lunch meals, supporting blind and multi-disabled children in Lopburi.

By coming together for the "Virtual Run Challenge," our team proved that every kilometer represents hope. These collective miles have now been transformed into high-quality meals, establishing a healthy foundation for the children’s growth and long-term development.
