Did you know? Both tea and the human brain are mostly water. 🌊

Biologically, that is our first connection. But the stream flows much deeper when we look at the tea table.

Water adapts, flows, and connects. It changes shapes, fills different vessels, and shifts temperatures, yet it never loses its true character.

It adapts and remains essential.

🍃 Tea teaches us about patience.

You evolve as a person, and so does your taste. It’s okay to wait, learn, and save up before spending on something special.

Beyond the flavor, tea also teaches us about impermanence.

You ultimately decide to buy something nice? Use it.

There is no joy in hoarding an object without appreciating its utilization. If a favorite teacup breaks, it breaks. That just means it lived its purpose to the fullest.

We used to belong to the "others" category, making up just 5% of Japan's exports. Today, through organic, community-based growth, we've become a thriving matcha-developed hub—according to the owner of Baisa Nakamura.

Our market understands that good tea is approachable tea. And more importantly, we understand that the soul of tea isn't just the leaf—it’s the people and communities behind it.

We can pour artistry into a cup and dye it with stories, but in the end, food and drink just have to taste good to the person consuming.

So, every detail matters; if we stop supporting these ingredients, the farmers have to switch to other crops, and the context changes entirely. When we design a tea experience, flavor is our tool to create emotion.
