Tham Pu Tham Pla Temple,Maesai Chiang Rai
The temple is located next to the mountain. When we walked up the Naga stairs to worship the Buddha statue in the cave.The air inside the cave is cool and comfortable,peaceful.
This temple has monkeys. We have to hold sticks to keep the monkeys from coming near.

The most important thing of practicing meditation is to be comfortable.So if your mind is not comfortable and your body is not relax it is impossible to get into the true happiness inside.
So every time when you come to meditate don't forget to relax your mind and body,there is no other choice.
