Congratulations to Ms. Reni Juwitasari,
A researcher at the Asian Research Center for International Development (ARCID), School of Social Innovation, Mae Fah Luang University, for being awarded “Best Presenter” at the International Interdisciplinary Conference on Green Development in Tropical Regions 2025, held in conjunction with The 1st National Congress of DSA-I by Universitas Andalas, Padang, West Sumatra, Indonesia (27 – 28 October 2025).

Her presentation, “Japanese Lessons Learned on Climate Change Adaptation and Disaster Risk Management: ‘Rain Garden’ and ‘Tsunagaru’,” highlights innovative approaches that bridge science, community, and culture—advancing resilience and sustainability in alignment with SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities) and SDG 13 (Climate Action).

Your achievement represents the spirit of collaboration between Thailand, Japan, and Indonesia toward a more climate-resilient and sustainable future.
