Chef Pom Arisa Nakkerd joined Chef Edoardo Bonavolta for a Friends at Gigi brunch inspired by the bold flavours of Thailand’s eastern coast. A table full of vibrant dishes, shared moments and plenty of stories made it an afternoon to remember. 🍽️

Chef Pom is bringing the bold coastal flavours of Trat straight to Gigi’s table for a Saturday Brunch with fresh herbs, punchy heat, hometown stories, and Eastern Thai dishes with enough attitude to wake up the whole afternoon. 🐚

Known for the much loved Marcel and her thoughtful take on regional Thai cuisine, Chef Pom joins Chef Edoardo Bonavolta Edoardo Bonavolta in the Gigi kitchen for a brunch where Trat’s fire, freshness, and signature flavours land right at the centre of the table. 🍽️

วันเสาร์นี้ Chef Pom จะพารสชาติริมทะเลจากตราดมาเสิร์ฟถึงโต๊ะ Gigi แบบจัดเต็ม ทั้งสมุนไพรสด ความเผ็ดร้อน เรื่องราวจากบ้านเกิด และอาหารไทยตะวันออกที่รสชาติจัดจ้านพอจะปลุกทั้งบ่ายให้ตื่น 🐚

Chef Pom ผู้อยู่เบื้องหลัง Marcel และเป็นที่รู้จักจากการถ่ายทอดอาหารไทยท้องถิ่นในแบบของตัวเอง จะมาร่วมครัวกับ Chef Edoardo Bonavolta ในมื้อบรันช์ที่ความสด ความเผ็ด และเอกลักษณ์ของตราดจะกลายเป็นดาวเด่นกลางโต๊ะ 🍽️
