งานปรับปรุง Facade อาคารโรงแรม Fullroom77 กรุงเทพ

ทางเจ้าของโครงการต้องการปรับภาพลักษณ์อาคารโรงแรมเดิมในซอบสุขุมวิท 77 ที่สร้างมาหลายปีแล้ว ให้ดูทันสมัย และ มีเอกลักษณ์ที่เด่นชัด สามารถแข่งขันในตลาดได้ ในงบประมาณที่เหมาะสม

Facade design จึงถูกออกแบบให้จัดวางองค์ประกอบที่กระจายส่วนงาน Design กระจายเต็มพื้นที่อาคารด้านหน้าและโถงทางเข้า เพื่อความสวยงามและมีประสิทธิภาพ สีส้มของอาคารเดิม ถูกเสริมด้วย Aluminum Grill และ Perforated panel สีน้ำตาล เพื่อสร้างเอกลักษณ์ที่ชัดเจน

VIVE กรุงเทพ กรีฑาตัดใหม่
Clubhouse และ Main gate ที่ทาง Land&House ให้ Design guideline มาว่า งานออกแบบต้องไม่เหมือนที่เคยทำเลยมาเลยในอดีต จึงเกิดเป็นงานที่ใช้ Clubhouse เป็น Iconic form ชิ้นเดียววางอยู่กลาง Space ของสวนขนาดใหญ่ และมี Main gate ทำหน้าที่เป็น Framing และ เป็น Foreground สำคัญเมื่อผู้ใช้งานเข้าสู่โครงการ การจัดวางอาคารทุกมุมจะถูกกำหนด จากแกนต่างๆของอาคารส่วนกลาง และบ้านที่อยู่โดยรอบ
