Dusit Central Park Office — Public Space by MADA Design Factory

The public areas of Dusit Central Park Office are envisioned as a seamless dialogue between architecture, landscape, and interior, celebrating the building’s identity as a vertical community in the heart of Bangkok. Designed by MADA Design Factory, the spatial narrative originates from the building’s architectural rhythm and extends fluidly from the ground floor to the rooftop, embodying a unified language of movement and connection.

The jagged facade geometry is thoughtfully translated into the interior ceiling and wall features, creating a continuous visual rhythm that enhances spatial depth and coherence. A refined material palette of marble and aluminum composite panels in soft, serene tones defines the atmosphere — balancing elegance with modern precision.

At the ground floor, expansive glass façades welcome natural daylight, transforming the public lobby into a luminous transition zone between the urban landscape and the interior environment. The lift lobby is highlighted by an extended ceiling plane that integrates concealed illumination, creating a soft, glowing effect that accentuates both height and spatial clarity.

Through its design, the public space articulates a sense of harmony between architectural form and human experience, offering an atmosphere of calm sophistication within the vibrant energy of the city

We’re excited to share a behind-the-scenes look at one of our ongoing workplace projects — ZIPCODE Office at Worklab Building. As a bold and forward-thinking developer, ZIPCODE is known for “putting the real back in real estate” by seeing beyond materials to the human stories behind the structures. At MADA Design Factory, we translated this vision into a dynamic office space that honors the raw beauty of construction elements while fostering meaningful interaction.

The design embraces the material honesty of construction—highlighting the human element within steel, glass, and concrete. We created a rich spatial narrative by incorporating a mix of timber, aluminum frames, acoustic panels, textured stone, and art installations. Each material defines a different type of space—ranging from casual collaborative corners to focused meeting zones—supporting varied communication styles within one cohesive environment.

This project reflects MADA’s workplace design philosophy: crafting spaces that go beyond function, expressing identity through materiality, and enhancing daily interaction through thoughtful spatial design. We’re proud to be shaping a workplace that not only reflects the ZIPCODE brand but also elevates the way their team connects, works, and grows.

Excited to share a glimpse of our ongoing residential project -8 Residence at Mae Sot, designed by MADA Design Factory. This private home reflects a harmonious dialogue of East meets West, where proportion, material, and detail are carefully curated to express both cultural identity and contemporary living. The architecture balances warmth and elegance, celebrating craftsmanship through subtle lines and layered textures.

A striking triple-volume space anchors the interior experience, while the narrow, defined entrance walkway creates a gradual and meaningful transition from exterior to interior. As the project progresses, we look forward to unveiling how spatial rhythm, natural light, and cross-cultural inspiration shape a residence that feels both timeless and refined.

We’re proud to present our latest workplace design for Krungthai Bank, located on the 21st floor of Krungthai Sukhumvit Building. Developed under the concept “Platform of Better Life,” the space is envisioned as a modern working environment where people can truly connect—whether with colleagues, clients, stakeholders, or even through personal moments of reflection.

The design encourages openness and interaction while still offering comfort and focus. A key feature is the use of acoustic wall treatments in dynamic color tones, paired with a digital-neutral palette, to create a space that feels both energized and calming—supporting productivity, creativity, and well-being in equal measure.

At MADA Design Factory, we believe thoughtful workplace design can empower better collaboration, clearer communication, and a healthier work-life balance. This project reflects our continued commitment to transforming the way we work through spatial design.

Proud to reveal our latest healthcare design — Bangkok Hospital Udon Thani, OPD 2nd Floor, by MADA Design Factory. Inspired by the rich cultural legacy of Ban Chiang, local textile patterns, and the beauty of ancient bronze craftsmanship, we developed the concept "Pan-Pum" to reflect layers of respect, history, and healing.

Through subtle forms, textures, and a refined color palette, the design embraces Northeastern identity while providing a calm and contemporary space for patients and families.

Thank you to our incredible team and partners. This project is a testament to how local heritage can shape meaningful design experiences.

Thrilled to unveil our newest project — SCB Emsphere, where banking meets lifestyle in a space inspired by the concept of “Nomadic Living.” Designed for the modern, mobile user, this branch is more than a financial service point—it’s a flexible space for interaction, networking, and everyday connection in the digital age.

A key design highlight is the striped gradient wall, using vertical color bands in SCB’s signature hues to express a sense of motion and transformation. This visual rhythm brings energy to the space and reflects the evolving flow of digital life—inviting people to move, pause, and connect in new ways.

Thank you to our amazing team for making this concept come to life. The branch is now open—come experience the new vibe of SCB at Emsphere

Mada Design Factory proudly presents the redefined Samsung Customer Service at Central Rama 9, a future-forward space shaped by the brand’s guiding vision—“We Change the Shape of Tomorrow.” The design transcends the traditional service center concept, turning it into an immersive environment tailored for the digital-native lifestyle of Gen Z.

Under the concept “Time of Change,” the space becomes a fluid interface between service and experience. The layout and user flow are curated to foster openness, clarity, and digital engagement—mirroring the habits of modern users who value personalization, speed, and shareable moments.

The color palette and materials reflect this transformation. We utilized gradient glass panels shifting from purple-grey to white, symbolizing a transition into the digital era and representing the continuous evolution of technology. This futuristic tone is softened with warm textures, wood surfaces, and greenery, creating a human-centered balance that welcomes users while maintaining a modern, clean visual language.

IOT, Smart corner and social media-style elements subtly influence the aesthetic language, aligning with Gen Z’s creative expressions and digital behavior. The integration of vivid accent lighting enhances focal areas and activates emotional cues throughout the space.

The resulting design delivers not only functionality but also brand storytelling—blending technology, lifestyle, and service into a unified spatial narrative. This project exemplifies how design can amplify customer experience while echoing a brand’s ethos in every detail.

Snap Shot 289 Residence, Under Construction !!!

Nestled in the picturesque landscapes of Mae-Sod, Thailand, this private residence embodies a harmonious blend of Eastern and Western design philosophies, with construction currently underway. The design concept draws inspiration from the meeting of two worlds—combining modern, Western architectural elements with the timeless artistry and craftsmanship of Eastern traditions.

As the residence takes shape, the surrounding natural beauty of Mae-Sod becomes an integral part of the design narrative. The hills, lakes, and mountains that frame the site serve as both inspiration and backdrop, infusing the home with a deep connection to its environment. The architectural lines mimic the curves of the landscape, while natural materials bring the serenity of the outdoors into the living space.

With construction progressing, each snapshot taken captures the evolution of a design that is as much about aesthetic beauty as it is about creating a sanctuary that reflects the union of East and West. This residence promises to be a stunning example of how design can be deeply rooted in both cultural heritage and the natural world, creating a home that is as unique as its surroundings.
