We’re happy to continue a journey that brings new experiences, new opportunities, and new possibilities for youth.

This year, Sati is grateful to continue our partnership with Rosewood Bangkok, renewing our collaboration to create more pathways for community youth to learn, gain practical experience, and explore opportunities in the hospitality industry.

Through the program, youth have the opportunity to experience real working environments, develop practical skills, and build confidence through hands-on learning. They get to explore different roles within the hotel, gaining a better understanding of the workplace and the many possibilities available to them.

For us, this partnership is about continuing to create a space where youth can try, learn, make mistakes, and discover their own potential.

We believe that access to the right opportunity can make a difference. And when that opportunity continues, so can the journey.

This is where our work begins with listening.

Over the past six months, we’ve walked alongside youth across Thailand.

In classrooms, conversations about bullying helped students learn how to stand beside one another, while teachers gained new tools to better protect the youth in their care.

At the skate park, every fall became another chance to practice resilience, patience, and self-discipline.

Through games and activities, children quietly built the executive functioning skills that help them learn, focus, and navigate everyday challenges.

A circle of image cards gave young people the courage to name their fears, share their stories, and discover confidence in speaking up.

And around a dinner table, a scholarship student welcomed strangers with recipes passed down through generations, reminding us that food can carry belonging, culture, and hope.

Across these six months, we have...
- Reached 859+ children and youth through 47+ workshops and community activities across Chiang Mai, Rayong, Bangkok, and Mae Sot.
- Continued supporting 17 scholarship students, with more than 13 maintaining a GPA above 2.50, while also strengthening life skills, career readiness, and educational planning.
- Expanded opportunities for young people to build confidence, resilience, leadership, and meaningful connections within their communities.

Every workshop, every conversation, every shared meal, and every small moment of courage is only possible because of the communities, schools, partners, supporters, and young people who continue walking this journey with us.
This is only the halfway point.

We’re looking forward to everything we’ll continue building together in the months ahead.

For the past 13 years, Sati has grown from a small idea into a team, working alongside young people across Thailand. From workshops and counseling to community programs and vocational opportunities, our work has always centered around creating spaces where young people feel supported and seen.

Here’s a little glimpse into who we are and what matters to us.

We’re grateful to welcome youth from the Bangkok Community back for another year of learning and growth!

Together with Preduce team, led by Geng Jakkarin Geng Jakkarin , we’re creating a safe, supportive space where young skaters develop essential life skills through play, building self-discipline, resilience, and the courage to face challenges.

But this journey is about more than riding a board. It’s about finding confidence in small progress, understanding emotions through movement, and discovering the version of yourself that keeps showing up.

The continued growth of the Ford Community Center in Bangkok marks another step in creating a shared space for communities to grow together.

At Sati, we have been part of this space by focusing on children and youth in the community, supporting them as they build practical skills and discover pathways forward. Because young people are not only part of the community, they are our future. When they are supported with care and understanding, that impact extends far beyond the individual.

With the addition of this new space, the center continues to open more opportunities for the community. This includes a dedicated counseling room for children and youth, offering access to mental health support in a safe and trusted environment. Alongside this, the space also serves as a place for learning and connection, where workshops and activities can take place, and where young people can spend time meaningfully.

We believe that meaningful change begins with spaces that are accessible, consistent, and grounded in care. Spaces where people feel supported not only in what they do, but in who they are becoming.

And when that support is shared across a community, growth becomes something that can continue, reaching further than we often imagine.
