NIST Tech fosters and supports an environment of technological literacy at NIST in an increasingly connected world.
NIST Tech has its humble origins from two inspired IB Computer Science students who wanted to share their love for technology with the NIST Community. It has since grown to include more than 15 members, who are able to select and suggest new ideas through an innovative project-based system. We have also been fortunate enough to be able to publish this announcement on the TV screens around NIST, allowing us to reach a larger audience – an accomplishment we are very excited and proud to proclaim. We see this as an opportunity to further publicize our Tech Tips in hopes of allowing a greater number of students to utilize their computer to its maximum advantage.
