We are proud to introduce an elegance of residential landscape design, blending Modern Classic aesthetics with a Local Thai Twist.

Spanning over 11 Rais, this project is envisioned as an urban sanctuary. At its heart lies a massive 6,000 sq.m. Tropical Garden, thoughtfully created to bring the refreshing lushness of the jungle right to your doorstep.

At Serene House, our landscape scope includes softscape design, terrace gardens, curated pot plant selections, and a small Zen balcony garden — delivered through a Design & Build approach.

The planting concept emphasizes refined greenery, calm textures, and understated elegance, creating a serene outdoor atmosphere that complements the residence’s modern luxury living experience.

📐Crafting the Masterplan:
Pen Ake Lakeville, Udon Thani

Master planning is about more than just drawing lines; it’s about unlocking the potential of the land.

For this 75-Rais site in Udon Thani, our challenge was to integrate a massive internal lake and the natural "Huai Luang" stream into a cohesive community layout.

Our Scope:
Master Planning & Land Subdivision.

We strategically organized the site circulation and zoning to maximize value and accessibility across the entire development:

🔹 Site Zoning: Balancing privacy with connectivity.
🔹 Plot Allocation: 112 Residential plots (allocated for Single Detached Houses, 80-150 sq. wah).
+ 33 Subdivided land plots.

Total: 145 Units designed for optimal orientation. 🔹 Blue & Green Infrastructure: Utilizing the lake and rear stream to create a natural buffer and scenic focus points for the community.

Since 2016, ROOT has been part of the Grene Condo journey — from The Maldives (Phase 1), to The Miami (Phase 2) in 2019, and finally “The Santorini” in 2022, marking the completion of this three-phase residential development.

The landscape design reflects the calm elegance of the Mediterranean — defined by clean geometry, soft contrasts, and lush greens surrounding the pool courtyard. Each space is designed for balance and relaxation, creating a refined sense of resort living in the city.

“The Santorini” stands as the final chapter of a long design journey — a place where simplicity, comfort, and timeless atmosphere meet.
