WYNN marks a new chapter for one of AssetWise’s early condominium brands — a series our office first had the opportunity to work on nearly ten years ago with WYNN Chokchai 4.

For this new generation of WYNN, the landscape is shaped around Thoughtful Compact Living — not about reducing the experience, but about making every space purposeful, comfortable, and easy to live with.

At the ground level, the landscape begins as an Outdoor Living Room and Welcome Court, creating a soft arrival with relaxed seating and fragrant flowering plants.

The experience then transitions upward to the second-floor Swimming Pool Courtyard, where the pool and outdoor terraces become an extension of the indoor facilities — a place to relax, work, or enjoy a quiet morning coffee, seamlessly connected to the fitness and co-working spaces.

Simple in form, thoughtful in use, and light in atmosphere — a compact landscape designed around everyday comfort and simple joys.

At Serene House, our landscape scope includes softscape design, terrace gardens, curated pot plant selections, and a small Zen balcony garden — delivered through a Design & Build approach.

The planting concept emphasizes refined greenery, calm textures, and understated elegance, creating a serene outdoor atmosphere that complements the residence’s modern luxury living experience.

📐Crafting the Masterplan:
Pen Ake Lakeville, Udon Thani

Master planning is about more than just drawing lines; it’s about unlocking the potential of the land.

For this 75-Rais site in Udon Thani, our challenge was to integrate a massive internal lake and the natural "Huai Luang" stream into a cohesive community layout.

Our Scope:
Master Planning & Land Subdivision.

We strategically organized the site circulation and zoning to maximize value and accessibility across the entire development:

🔹 Site Zoning: Balancing privacy with connectivity.
🔹 Plot Allocation: 112 Residential plots (allocated for Single Detached Houses, 80-150 sq. wah).
+ 33 Subdivided land plots.

Total: 145 Units designed for optimal orientation. 🔹 Blue & Green Infrastructure: Utilizing the lake and rear stream to create a natural buffer and scenic focus points for the community.
